The third level embraces all clubs of those councils within
its boundaries. Northeast Region consists of the Canadian provinces of Ontario, New
Brunswick and Nova Scotia, and the US states of Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Connecticut,
New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Michigan. Northeast Region was formed in 2000 by the merger of Colonial and
CANUSA Regions. In August 2004 the Great Lakes Region merged with Northeast, expanding our western boundary.

Council
The second level (optional); membership consists of clubs
assigned within a geographic area. This level meets twice per year, in October and April. THE OFFICIAL BACKGROUND COLOUR FOR
ALL COUNCIL JEWELRY IS GREEN.
Club
The individual POWERtalk club is the basic component of the entire structure. The
club is POWERtalk. THE OFFICIAL BACKGROUND COLOUR FOR ALL CLUB JEWELRY IS WHITE.
Clubs are composed of up to 30 active voting members. Membership is limited to 30 in order to offer maximum opportunity
for individual participation. You will find clubs in over 20 countries worldwide, including almost every American state and
Canadian province. Guests are welcomed any time, and may attend three meetings
free of charge in order to "check us out".
Not all clubs belong to Councils or Regions, depending on their geographic area. POWERtalk International
(North Bay) is a club-at-large in Northeast Region - it does not belong to a Council.
